What is a Montessori Preschool?
A Montessori Preschool aims to foster the holistic development of children, nurturing their intellectual, social, emotional, and physical growth in a supportive and enriching environment. Learn more about Cascade Montessori here!
Where are you located?
We are located at the edge of Beaverton, bordering Aloha. We are located at 16860 SW Blanton Street. Your map may say Beaverton or Aloha depending on the app you use. We are tucked behind another small specialty school. We have a sign as you enter the parking lot. For tours, you can park in front of the main building, which is the first building you will see when you enter the parking lot.
Does my child have to be potty trained?
No! We offer potty training in our toddlers / wobblers and pre-k programs! We also have a potty training guide to help you practice the same way at home, fostering independence in and out of the classroom.
What age can my child start?
Your child can begin our program as early as 6 weeks old! For more information, you can see our infant care page and admissions.
Do you offer any affordable childcare programs?
Yes! We are currently accepting ERDC for eligible families. For more information, you can check out our page on ERDC to learn more about to apply and submit documentation to us.
What are your hours of operation?
We offer early care starting at 7:15am Monday through Friday. We also offer extended care until 5:30PM. Depending on your needs, you can bring your child as early as 7:15 and pickup as late as 5:30PM, although we do offer later drop off times and earlier pickup times. We ask that you drop your child off no later than 9:00am though so that they follow the Montessori routine. See our Admissions page for additional information.
